Hard Problems!

Yes, all one wants is to solve hard problems while growing up but then somewhere along the line focus shifted to tracking downloads, GMV, and user retention by peddling clickbait content, and then there is YOLO.

And from chasing vanity metrics to selfies, food, travel, and oh yes that Harley Davison or marathon race and hard problems get lost.

So if you are still not lost to the world of mediocrity and looking to solve hard problems, Climate change needs you.

Climate is one of the hardest problems of our time as well as the massive opportunity of our time, so if you are looking to have a career in Climate tech, we have got multiple options for you.

You can either explore career possibilities in our portfolio companies or explore opportunities at Gomassive / ClimateAngels itself

FAQs

How do I get in touch?

To apply, you can fill in the form-link given in each job; however, if there is no open position matching your profile but you have a strong interest in EVs and wish to explore the possibility of working with Massive, then please write to careers@gomassive.org.

What exactly is Massive doing?

We are building a dense charging network of fast and slow EV-chargers, which are connected with vehicle and battery. We are also building IOT-driven battery and charging layer to create superior security unique for Indian conditions and drivers.

Have you raised any money?

Yes. We have raised a couple of million dollars and will be happy to tell you about it on phone.

Do you hire interns?

Yes, all the time. Do fill out the form (insert hyperlink) for Interns or write to us at careers@gomassive.org

What’s the selection process like?

At Massive, we do a quick 30/40-minute call to get a sense of things and to ensure that you have basic fitment. Post basic fitment evaluation, there are two options:

1. A short-term assignment/test to assess your skill level and give you a sense of your work profile at Massive. If you decide to opt for a test/assignment, you will appear for a Technical Round post that. You will also be required to get a decent score on an online assessment that will test your cognitive and behavioral aptitude and domain knowledge.

If all goes well, you will get a brief meeting with the CEO of the company. Impress him, and you stand a chance!

And finally, the Offer!!!

2. The second option (and preferred option), if that’s feasible, is to work together for 6-8 weeks on a project (yes, you will be paid whatever you think is fair). This exercise will give a fair idea to you and to us about future possibilities.

If you decide to opt for a trial run, you could intern with us for 3 months (paid internship, of course). If you perform well, you will be offered a permanent position in the company.

I have submitted my resume. Now what?

Our recruitment team reviews job applications for each opening and reach out to those who appear to be a strong match for the position.

But even if you’re not contacted for the job you applied for, your information will go into our database, which means you may be contacted for other suitable roles within Massive at a later date.

Our company is growing and there is a good chance that an opportunity requiring your skills and experience will be available in the future.

Do you offer part-time positions?

Most positions are full-time. A couple of creative roles that involve content writing, social media management, support functions can be fulfilled through part-time engagement with candidates opting for lower growth tracks and lower pay-scale.

Does Massive allow flexible work schedules?

Such provisions were made during COVID. However, post-pandemic, we are back to the more disciplined and structured work from office. However, if flexi-work is important to you, be sure to mention it to your Interviewer (Round 1), so they can find out if it’s possible in the role you’re pursuing.

What traits you look for in a potential hire?

At Massive, we aim to build a high-performance organization. Though each role requires specific skill sets, but in general, we look for sharp, high-energy, high-performance candidates with a strong desire to learn & excel, a passion for technology, willingness to work hard, aptitude to work smart, and above all – an ENTREPRENEURIAL SPIRIT.

What will be the future road map for Massive?

EVs are at the breakout phase and will soon be mainstream. At Massive, we want to be an enabler for EV adoption and, hence, we are working on the building of a charging ecosystem and battery security, that will help OEMs to launch and support their EVs in any city or town in India. We are already working (or have signed agreements) with almost every OEM of sizeable capacity.
