Event Manager

We are seeking a high-energy, action-oriented hustler with experience in organising events, managing community, and doing outreach with investors/ corporates/ founders and senior professionals.

GoMassive Earth Network (GEN), set up in 2017, is India’s first Climate Tech-focused incubator/accelerator and VC fund sponsor (Climate Angels Fund). Climate Angels Fund is a 130 Crore Climate Tech-focussed investment fund with 12 investments so far.

GoMassive, as part of its foundation, has run an accelerator/incubator program for UNEP (United Nations Environment Program), Amazon Web Services (AWS), Amplus Solar (Petronas), International Finance Corporation (IFC), etc. GoMassive, along with its partners, hosts multiple climate-focused events namely Massive Earth Summit, Climate Thursdays, and ClimateNXT Series, across multiple Indian cities.

GoMassive also works with leading coworking companies such as WeWork, Springhouse, 91Springboard, etc., to provide coworking opportunities for climate tech startups.

Role:

The role involves managing complete events involving –

· Sponsor Engagement.

· Event Partnerships

· Event Planning & Execution.

· Complete Operation Management of the Event.

You will be in charge of organising a series of events across multiple Indian cities and managing partnerships with host institutions, vendors, as well as multiple stakeholders.

In the coworking space, your role would involve pitching the space to prospective startups as well as onboarding various partners providing co-working space.

You must have:

· 1- 4 years of experience in organising events, raising sponsorship, and doing corporate partnerships in your present or previous role or during college.

· Exposure to digital tools and experience in Canva/Figma is an added advantage.

· Flair to write winning e-mails and create top-notch presentations.

· Excellent communications skills, and engaging persona.
