The Team That Leads the Charge

Shailesh Vickram Singh

Founder

Shailesh Vickram Singh is a seasoned venture capitalist and entrepreneur and the Founder of GoMassive. GoMassive sponsors the Climate Angels Fund, which backs early-stage climate tech startups in India. The firm also runs a corporate open innovation program and LowCarbon.Earth, an accelerator in partnership with UNEP.

Previously, Shailesh was Executive Director at SeedFund (a $54M VC fund) and Managing Director at a $170M private equity fund. With over two decades of experience in venture investing and entrepreneurship, he is a prominent voice in the climate innovation space.

He has spoken at global platforms including the UN Environment Assembly, Financial Times Investing for Good, ANDE Summit, and SWITCH Asia Clean Air Summit, and at institutions like IIT Delhi, IIM Lucknow, and IIT Kharagpur.

Shailesh regularly contributes to leading publications such as Economic Times, YourStory, and Inc42, and frequently appears on news channels including CNBC Awaaz and News24, speaking on climate investing, venture capital, and entrepreneurship.

He holds an MBA from IIM Lucknow and a B.Tech from GB Pant University.

Gaurav is the Investment Manager at Climate Angels, bringing 28+ years of experience across real estate and banking. He has led major capital market deals, including India’s largest real estate IPO, and held leadership roles in strategy, asset management, and finance. Earlier, he spent 13 years with ABN AMRO and ING across Asia in lending, risk, and advisory. An active mentor and angel investor in food, logistics, and sustainability, Gaurav holds an MBA from FMS Delhi and a B.E. from Punjab Engineering College.

Vinutha Raju is Vice President, Investments at Climate Angels, bringing 20+ years of experience in private equity & investment management. Mayank is passionate about sustainability and began his journey as an early member of a YCombinator-backed startup, where he played a key role in scaling the company to Series A by driving key projects and leading a business vertical. With dual degrees in Accounts & Finance and Marketing from Symbiosis, Mayank is committed to supporting the growth of early-stage climate-tech startups.

Dhruv is an Investment Analyst at Climate Angels, where he supports deal sourcing, evaluation, and industry research. He holds a B.Sc. in Economics from NMIMS, Mumbai, and has been actively involved in the startup ecosystem for over 1.5 years, with a focus on early-stage ventures.
