OVERVIEW

About

RAS Beauty Private Limited is India’s first farm-to-face luxury skincare brand. Founded by a mother-daughter trio: Shubhika, Suramya, and Sangeeta Jain, the company is vertically integrated, with in-house R&D, sustainable farming practices, and end-to-end control of the supply chain. RAS operates two product lines: RAS Luxury Oils (premium) and Moody (mass-premium), offering clean, natural, and chemical-free skincare. Based in Raipur, it has 85 SKUs, with top sellers driving the bulk of revenue, and a strong repeat purchase rate. The brand sells primarily D2C via its website and marketplaces like Nykaa and Amazon, with some B2B partnerships.

Why We Invested?

We backed RAS Oils for its unique value proposition in a booming market, it’s a rare luxury clean beauty brand that’s fully vertically integrated and rooted in sustainability. The founders bring deep domain expertise across product formulation, branding, and operations. With strong gross margins and D2C traction, RAS is scaling fast and efficiently. The brand’s ability to control its supply chain, from farm to formulation, gives it an edge in quality, traceability, and brand storytelling. Given the projected growth of India’s conscious beauty market, RAS is well-positioned to become the Forest Essentials of the digital age.
